That choice is intentional, and it’s driven by more than a conference agenda. People come to PropertyCon because it delivers real value, real connection, and real momentum for their careers. “PropertyCon is designed to let property managers explore the world of property management among peers and industry experts,” says 2026 IREM® President Mindy Gronbeck, CPM®, CCIM. “I’m especially looking forward to meeting IREM members from across the globe to share perspectives and best practices, to learn more about their priorities, and to ensure IREM is meeting their needs.” First and foremost, PropertyCon offers education that translates directly to the job. This is where property managers get practical insight they can take home and apply immediately. From leasing strategies, budgeting, and CAM reconciliation to leadership, sustainability, and AI, sessions are designed around the realities property managers face every day. The focus is on solutions and strategies that work in the real world. Equally important is the opportunity to connect with peers who truly understand what it takes to get to the top of your game. Property management is demanding, complex, and fast-paced. PropertyCon creates space for honest conversations with people who share those challenges. Whether it’s a hallway conversation, one of several scheduled networking sessions, or a post-session chat, these interactions often become the most valuable takeaway with ideas exchanged, experiences validated, and perspectives broadened. Attendees also gain important access to leaders, experts, and decisionmakers who are shaping the future of the industry. PropertyCon brings together voices from across property management, offering insight into where the profession is headed and what skills matter most. These conversations provide clarity and context, helping professionals think more strategically about their roles and their organizations. For many, PropertyCon is a catalyst for professional growth. It’s a chance to step back from daily demands and look at the bigger picture of where a property management career can take them. Attendees leave energized, with renewed vision and a clearer sense of direction in their work. PropertyCon also introduces attendees to new ideas and new colleagues from all over the world who do things differently in their markets. Exploring the latest innovations and best practices allows professionals to stay competitive and forward-thinking in a constantly changing environment. Ultimately, what brings professionals to PropertyCon is the entirety of the experience. It’s the combination of learning, connection, inspiration, and career-building. It’s the opportunity to be surrounded by people who care deeply about property management and are committed to elevating the profession. They come to sharpen their skills, strengthen their networks, and return home better prepared for success. And that’s what keeps them coming back. ### Leave a comment ## Related posts [![](https://blog.irem.org/hubfs/Untitled%20design-Oct-16-2025-04-42-34-5359-PM.png)](https://blog.irem.org/learning/publications-news/blog/irem-blogs/2024/07/sustainable-real-estate-practices-for-self-storage-properties) [Sustainability](https://blog.irem.org/tag/sustainability) ### [Sustainable real estate practices for self-storage properties](https://blog.irem.org/learning/publications-news/blog/irem-blogs/2024/07/sustainable-real-estate-practices-for-self-storage-properties) [![](https://blog.irem.org/hubfs/propertycon-logo-blog.png)](https://blog.irem.org/learning/publications-news/blog/irem-blogs/2024/12/elevate-your-property-management-skills-at-propertycon-an-irem-education-experience) [IREM news](https://blog.irem.org/tag/irem-news) ### [Elevate your property management skills at PropertyCon: An IREM education experience](https://blog.irem.org/learning/publications-news/blog/irem-blogs/2024/12/elevate-your-property-management-skills-at-propertycon-an-irem-education-experience) [![](https://blog.irem.org/hubfs/weed-blog.png)](https://blog.irem.org/learning/publications-news/blog/irem-blogs/2019/10/understanding-impacts-of-the-cannabis-industry-on-property-management) [Residential](https://blog.irem.org/tag/residential) ### [Understanding Impacts of the Cannabis Industry on Property Management](https://blog.irem.org/learning/publications-news/blog/irem-blogs/2019/10/understanding-impacts-of-the-cannabis-industry-on-property-management) [![Primary IREM Logo r](https://blog.irem.org/hs-fs/hubfs/Primary%20IREM%20Logo%20r.png?width=2213&height=665&name=Primary%20IREM%20Logo%20r.png "Primary IREM Logo r")](http://www.irem.org) IREM® Headquarters 430 North Michigan Avenue, Suite 750 Chicago, IL 60611 US [facebook-f icon](https://www.facebook.com/InstituteofRealEstateManagement) [linkedin-in icon](https://www.linkedin.com/company/institute-of-real-estate-management/) [instagram icon](https://www.instagram.com/ireminfo/) [Follow us on Facebook](https://www.youtube.com/@IREM_info)   © Institute of Real Estate Management 430 North Michigan Avenue, Suite 700, Chicago, IL 60611 [IREM Harassment Policy](https://www.irem.org/File%20Library/Footer%20Nav/IREM-Harassment-Policy---October-2023.pdf) [Privacy Policy](https://www.irem.org/privacy-policy) [Digital Millennium Copyright Act](https://www.irem.org/digital-millennium-copyright-act) Copyright © 2026, IREM ![](https://px.ads.linkedin.com/collect/?pid=1013802&fmt=gif) ```json { "@context" : "https://schema.org", "@type" : "BlogPosting", "author" : { "@type" : "Person", "name" : "IREM", "url" : "https://blog.irem.org/author/irem" }, "dateModified" : "2026-07-09T14:36:16.395Z", "datePublished" : "2026-03-16T05:00:00.000Z", "headline" : "Take your career further at PropertyCon", "image" : [ "https://blog.irem.org/hubfs/austin.png" ], "mainEntityOfPage" : { "@id" : "https://blog.irem.org/take-your-career-further-at-propertycon", "@type" : "WebPage" }, "publisher" : { "@type" : "Organization", "logo" : { "@type" : "ImageObject", "url" : "https://blog.irem.org/hubfs/Primary%20IREM%20Logo.png" }, "name" : "IREM" } } ``` ```json { "@context" : "http://schema.org", "@type" : "Article", "author" : { "@type" : "Person", "name" : [ "IREM" ], "url" : "https://blog.irem.org/author/irem" }, "datePublished" : "2026-03-16T05:00:00+0000", "description" : "Join property management professionals at PropertyCon for invaluable education, networking, and insights that elevate your career and shape the future of the industry.", "headline" : "Take your career further at PropertyCon", "image" : "https://22645210.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/22645210/austin.png", "publisher" : { "@type" : "Organization", "logo" : { "@type" : "ImageObject", "url" : "https://22645210.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/22645210/Primary%20IREM%20Logo.png" }, "name" : "IREM" }, "url" : "https://blog.irem.org/take-your-career-further-at-propertycon" } ```
