Any way you look at it, you’re going to get more out of your IREM experience. ### PropertyCon: An IREM Education Experience Boston, MA April 23-24, 2025 Registration opens Summer 2024 Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned professional, this two-day education-focused event will offer instructional sessions, networking activities, and celebrations to help you elevate your career – and enjoy your colleagues. At PropertyCon, you’re going to find solutions you didn’t know existed, along with the latest insights, actionable strategies, and opportunities to connect with peers. "PropertyCon represents the future of education and networking in the property management industry,” says 2024 IREM President Libby Ekre, CPM®. “It's where professionals will come together to learn, grow, and build meaningful connections.” Nestled in the heart of New England, Boston serves as the perfect backdrop for the inaugural PropertyCon. From its iconic cobblestone streets to its bustling waterfront, the city's rich cultural tapestry will provide attendees with endless opportunities for exploration and inspiration. Home to renowned educational institutions, cutting-edge technology companies, and a thriving real estate market, Boston embodies the spirit of progress and growth that PropertyCon aims to cultivate. With its world-class amenities, diverse culinary scene, and unmistakable energy, Boston sets the stage for an unforgettable educational experience for the very first PropertyCon. Concentrating these activities in a single meeting creates new opportunities to connect with IREM’s leadership and volunteers. The introduction of these two new events means that IREM’s Global Summit and Chapter Leadership Retreat will be sunset in 2025, making way for PropertyCon and the IREM Leadership Forum! Advocacy Impact Day and Property Management 360 will not be affected by the new event structure.  ### Encouraging new voices in IREM governance Thanks to the new meetings structure, participating in IREM governance and volunteering is more convenient than ever. Starting in 2025, most committees, advisory councils, and ethics panels will meet virtually. In addition, the annual Governing Council, held during the new IREM Leadership Forum will offer both virtual and in-person volunteering options. By streamlining the process and offering more options to participate remotely, IREM hopes to attract new and diverse voices to engage in governance and help create meaningful change.
