These are the leaders shaping commercial real estate, managing the critical issues facing CRE today, and positioning the industry for a more inclusive future. Entries are evaluated based on several factors, including: - The nominee’s impact on, and reputation within, her firm and professional community - Professional career highlights, from innovation to client satisfaction and personal growth - A proven ability to achieve goals and display creativity and problem-solving skills - Dedication to furthering the development of her field and the role of women within it - Accomplishments and involvement in her company, the CRE industry and community - A personal commitment to the highest ethical standards - And any other qualities that differentiate the nominee and highlight professional and personal achievement IREM experienced a record-breaking year in 2021 with 16 members chosen across seven categories, including Diversity Champion, Mentor, Humanitarian, Development Professional, Consultant, Property Manager and Women to Watch.
